Air France originally incorporated Jet Vacations in New York in 1982. Jet Vacations was Air France's tour operator and wholesale distribution subsidiary. During Air France's restructuring plan in 1996, Jet Vacations was sold and the company moved to Los Angeles in 1996.  Today, the company belongs to the EuroQuest Travel Group, based out of Hoboken, NJ.
