Reservations: Subject to availability. A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. No reservations will be processed without the credit guarantee.

Payment: A deposit of $150 per person is due upon confirmation for all reservations over 45 days. Full payment is required for all reservations within 45 days prior to departure. Deposits can be made by agency check or credit card. Reservations will be cancelled automatically if no payment received by Jet Vacations upon confirmation.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

All credit card payments must be accompanied by a signed, imprinted UCC form in order to process final documentation. For reservations made within 14 days prior to departure, a processing fee of $50 per booking will be charged.

Cancellation:

Up to 45 days prior to U.S. departure:	$50 per person
45-30 days prior to U.S. departure:	10% of the trip cost
29-15 days prior to U.S. departure:	25% of the trip cost
14-3 days prior to U.S. departure:	50% of the trip cost
Less than 3 days and under & no-shows:	100% of the trip cost (No refund)

In addition for packages including Eurostar or any type of rail, the rail ticket is non-refundable.

Barge cruising program: Deposit of $500 per person required upon confirmation. Final payment due 60 days prior to U.S. departure.

30 days and under:	No refund
For Rosa/Avenir barges:
Up to 120 days:	$150 per person
119-60 days:	30% of total package

Refunds: No refund will be made on unused land arrangements once the trip has started. All requests for refund due to cancellation made prior to U.S. departure must be submitted in writing within 30 days of cancellation, after which time no refund request will be considered. All original documents must be returned to Jet Vacations in order to process any refund.

Changes: A $50 fee per change is charged once deposit is received. A fee of $100 per change is charged after full payment has been received or documents have been issued.

Changes to air arrangements: A fee of $200 per person for changes or cancellations once the air ticket is issued. Name on air tickets must match passport names.

Package prices/rates of exchange: Package prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are based on tariffs and rates of exchange as of October 1,1999 and are subject to change. All rates include administrative fees and costs of operations incurred by Jet Vacations.

Hotels: Accommodations are in standard rooms in the hotels listed or at hotels of similar quality. Prices shown for the hotels used in our programs have been negotiated for the summer season of 1999. Some hotels occasionally have promotional rates which have no impact on prices negotiated by Jet Vacations. Surcharges at hotels may apply during certain dates due to trade shows or holiday seasons.

Car Rental: Minimum age 21 years old. Subject to car rental company rules. Unless indicated, rates include unlimited mileage and Value Added Tax (VAT). Rates do not include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), airport surcharges, refueling, additional driver or optional insurance.

Children: Discounts where available for children between 2-11 years old. Discount based on one (1) child sharing a room with two (2) adults Sightseeing &Excursions: All sightseeing options and excursions featured have been designed for purchase in conjunction with and arrangements (e.g. a la carte program or air-inclusive packages)

Air: All airline tickets are issued based on roundtrip. Changes to flight itineraries may result in an increase in airfare, a carrier-imposed charge or not permitted in some cases. Passengers are subject to all limitations liabilities and tariffs of the airlines. The airline is not responsible for any act, omission or event arising other than in the course of the air transportation performed by the carrier.

The schedules of all transportation companies are subject to change (with or without notice) and times of departure are not guaranteed. However, Jet Vacations International is not responsible for loss of time or additional expenses incurred by passengers due to delays or changes in schedules.
All fares are subject to change without notice.

Travel documents: It is the responsibility of all passengers to be in possession of a valid passport (at east six months from scheduled departure from Europe), visa(s), and any other documentation required by applicable government regulations. Check with your travel agent for more information.

Insurance: Jet Vacations strongly recommends that you purchase Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. Insurance cannot be purchased after final payment is received. Insurance premiums are non-refundable.

Rates do not include: Passport and visa fees, baggage handling, airport departure taxes, weekend surcharges, PFC's, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, laundry and valet service, liquors, wines, mineral water, vaccinations, meals not indicated, optional sightseeing, personal and accident insurance, custom fee(s)and items of a personal nature.

Responsibility clause: Jet Vacations International Inc., located at 880 Apollo Street, Suite 241, El Segundo, California and its representatives act only as an agent for the passenger in making ground arrangements for hotels, sightseeing tours and transportation or any other service in connection with individual itineraries which are the sole responsibility of the hotels, ground and sightseeing operators, or the suppliers of services described in this brochure. Neither Jet Vacations nor its representatives shall be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury to persons, caused by reason of any act or omission, intentional negligent or otherwise of any transportation company, hotel, or any agent providing such services. Jet Vacations International Inc. and its agents/suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, delay or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, act of terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other cause beyond their control. Any and all losses and expenses will be borne by the Participant, the rates being only for the time and period and places specified.

Jet Vacations International Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries and substitute services without notice and to decline or accept to retain any participant at any time. The information in this brochure is accurate at time of printing and is subject to change without notice.
