Day 1: Thursday April 25, 2024 - Departure from the USA Get ready for an exciting adventure as you depart from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and embark on your journey to the United Kingdom.

Day 2: Friday April 26, 2024 – Discover Liverpool's Cultural Riches! Welcome to England (Manchester Airport). Upon arrival, proceed through customs and collect your luggage. A Jet Vacations professional guide will personally greet you. Upon arrival in the UK, you'll be greeted in Manchester your knowledgeable guide, and together you'll board a modern motor-coach. As you travel to Liverpool city center, soak in the vibrant atmosphere and get ready to explore the cultural gems of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Liverpool is renowned for its rich heritage and contribution to the world of music. Experience a panoramic tour of the city, taking in iconic landmarks such as the majestic Philharmonic Hall, home to the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, the oldest professional symphony orchestra in the UK. Drive past the magnificent Royal Albert Dock, housing the largest collection of Grade I listed buildings in the country. Admire the captivating Chinese arch marking the entrance to Chinatown, a testament to Liverpool's diversity. After a busy arrival day, indulge in some free time and a welcome dinner at your hotel, where we prepare for the adventures to come. (Dinner)

Day 3 Saturday April 27, 2024 – Explore Liverpool, make chocolate and Discover Chester's Roman History: After breakfast at the hotel, begin your day with a visit to The Beatles Story, an award-winning exhibition dedicated to the legendary band. Dive into the fascinating journey of Paul, John, George, and Ringo, learning how they transformed from ordinary boys from Liverpool to global superstars. Immerse yourself in their story and marvel at the impressive memorabilia, including an underwater trip on the iconic Yellow Submarine. ADDED ATTRACTION: Next, take part in a chocolate making workshop.
Chocolate making workshop begins with a talk about how chocolate makes it from the bean to the bar, followed by a practical session where we demonstrate various techniques before giving you the chance to create your own masterpieces. Following a chocolate quiz, everybody gets the chance to hand-wrap their creations to take home. In the afternoon, travel to the nearby city of Chester, known for its Roman heritage. Embark on a captivating Roman Soldier walking tour, where you'll explore the well-preserved remnants of Chester's Roman past. Absorb the history and imagine the lives of soldiers who once walked these streets. Return to Liverpool for a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel. (Breakfast)

Day 4 Sunday April 28, 2024 – Discover the Charms of Wales: After breakfast at the hotel, Today, enjoy a full-day excursion to Wales. First, visit Llandudno. Experience a ride on the Great Orme Tramway. The Great Orme Tramway is Britain’s only funicular, or cable-hauled, tramway that travels on public roads. Delighting visitors since it opened in 1902. The Tramway climbs a mile (1500m) through the Great Orme Country Park and Nature Reserve to the Great Orme’s spectacular summit. Re-live the experience of travel more than 100 years ago in the lovingly restored original tramcars, each named after a Saint. Enjoy some free time for independent lunch in Conwy. Conwy is a town rich in history, which much of it still preserved within the walls and traditional structures of its buildings. In the heart of it is the mighty 13th-century castle, whose walls encapsulate this remarkable medieval town. Surrounded by lush Welsh countryside and watched over by the mighty mountains of Snowdonia, it’s a most beautiful place to visit. Next, visit Penrhyn Castle & Garden. The dominating stone façade of Penrhyn Castle hides more than just its internal red-brick construction. The unique architecture, opulent interiors and fine art collection sit alongside a history of sugar and slate fortunes, of social unrest and the longest-running industrial dispute in British history. Discover Penrhyn’s history, its vast rooms, neo-Norman stairways and Victorian kitchens. The extensive grounds are perfect for exploring and enjoying spectacular views of Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. Return to Liverpool. Overnight, bed and breakfast at your hotel in Liverpool or area. (Breakfast)

Day 5 Monday April 29, 2024 – Immerse Yourself in the Beauty of the Lake District: Breakfast at the hotel. Bid farewell to Liverpool and set off for the Lake District, a captivating national park in the north of England. Known for its stunning lakes and majestic mountains, this region inspired renowned authors like Beatrix Potter and William Wordsworth. Arrive at Lake Windermere, England's largest lake, and embark on a cruise. Board a traditional steamboat and marvel at the picturesque views of mountains, wooded islands, and hidden bays. Experience the tranquility of the surroundings as you navigate the crystal-clear waters. Next, visit Hawkshead, a charming village with cobbled streets and whitewashed cottages. This village holds significant historical and literary importance, being the former home of Beatrix Potter and the school of poet William Wordsworth. We will visit home of Mr. Wordspwoth. Enjoy a delightful dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay in the Lake District. (Breakfast)

Day 6 Tuesday April 30, 2024 – From the Lake District to Glasgow's Vibrant Culture: Leave the beauty of the Lake District behind as you journey to Glasgow, Scotland's largest city. Upon arrival, indulge in a delicious lunch at a local pub or restaurant, savoring the flavors of Scottish cuisine. Embark on a panoramic tour of Glasgow, a city renowned for its style, culture, and architecture. Discover internationally acclaimed museums and galleries, admire the unique Victorian influences, and witness the architectural masterpieces of Charles Rennie Mackintosh, one of Glasgow's celebrated residents. Immerse yourself in the vibrant art scene and soak up the city's creative energy. Visit the Tall Ship at Riverside, a historic vessel that once sailed the seas. Step aboard the Glenlee, a three-masted ship built in 1896, and explore its rich maritime heritage as an independent museum. Relax and unwind at your Glasgow hotel, enjoying a comfortable overnight stay. (Breakfast)

Day 7 Wednesday May 1, 2024 – Explore the Enchanting Capital of Scotland - Edinburgh: Breakfast at Hotel. Embark on an unforgettable day trip to Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland. Delve into the city's rich history and immerse yourself in its captivating atmosphere. Begin with a walking tour of Edinburgh, allowing you to absorb the city's charm and vibrant character. Visit the iconic Edinburgh Castle, perched atop an extinct volcano. Marvel at the grandeur of the castle and enjoy breathtaking views of the city. Discover the castle's historical significance and its role in shaping Scottish history. Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore Edinburgh at your leisure. Wander through the quaint streets, visit local shops, or indulge in a traditional Scottish delicacy. Later, enjoy a tour and whisky tasting at Glenkinchie Distillery. The home of 'The Edinburgh Malt' is located in the rolling farmland of East Lothian and houses an excellent exhibition in the listed red brick buildings. Distilling (mostly illegal) was taking place here long before the skills of crop rotation were known; in 1777 Edinburgh housed perhaps four hundred illicit distilleries. When the law was changed to permit smaller licensed distilleries, many farmers took out licenses. By the time Glenkinchie was founded in 1837, 115 licensed distilleries were recorded in the Lowlands, though their products would probably not pass muster today! Return to Glasgow and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel. (Breakfast)

Alternatively, you can opt for an exciting tour to either Lomond and the Trossachs National Park or Stirling and St. Andrews. Discover the stunning natural beauty of Lomond and the Trossachs or explore the historic city of Stirling and visit the famous golf club and beautiful town of St. Andrews. In the evening, savor a farewell Scottish dinner and immerse yourself in traditional entertainment, celebrating the memorable experiences of your journey. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 9 Saturday May 3, 2024 – Departure Day / U.S.: After a wonderful adventure exploring the vibrant cities, picturesque landscapes, and rich heritage of the United Kingdom, it's time to bid farewell. After breakfast, depart from Glasgow, filled with cherished memories, and return home with a heart full of incredible experiences and stories to share. (Breakfast)
